Welcoming all new students. Embrace this exciting journey of learning, growth, and new opportunities. Your adventure starts here! Welcoming new students is always an exciting moment as they embark on a new chapter in their academic journey.

It marks the beginning of new friendships, experiences, and opportunities for growth. Cheers to the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and management for successfully handling this warm welcome event for the students. 

After arriving at Kolej Yayasan Saad Melaka, the new students will first head to the A-Levels Block to settle necessary payments for personal expenses such as laundry, books, and other related items. Once these administrative tasks are completed, they proceed to the Great Hall, where they attend an official welcome session.

During this session, they listen to speeches from the school’s founder himself, Tan Sri Halim Saad, and the principal Mr Tan Chen Li, who introduced them to the institution, its values, and the essential procedures they’re required to follow as they begin their journey at Kolej. 

After the welcome session, parents accompanied their children to the dormitories, where they begin unpacking and organising their essential belongings in their lockers.

Once they have settled into their dorms, they proceed to the academic block to check their assigned lockers, where they can store their books and study materials.

To help them navigate through this transition, each student is assigned a college brother or sister who will guide and assist them throughout the entire orientation week.

This mentorship ensures that the new students feel supported and comfortable as they adjust to their new environment. 

After a long and eventful day, parents bid farewell to their children, hoping they will adapt well to the unfamiliar environment.

With hearts full of trust, they leave their children in the care of their seniors, confident that they will provide guidance and support throughout the transition.

This moment marks the true beginning of the students’ new journey, as they step into a world of independence, learning, and personal growth at Kolej Yayasan Saad Melaka.
